Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Clients are responsible for any bank charges, transaction fees, or other costs associated with payment processing.
Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Professional Indemnity Insurance
We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance with our insurance providers to cover claims arising from our professional services.

Our total liability arising from the provision of our services shall be limited to the amount covered under our professional indemnity insurance.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages. Clients are advised to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for their own protection.

Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Prompt communication and cooperation to enable effective service delivery
We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint regarding our services, please contact our Director, Piyush Nagpal, in the first instance. We aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
If the matter remains unresolved, you may refer the complaint to our professional accounting body, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice.
All fees for services performed up to the effective date of termination shall remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
