Piyush Nagpal FCCA

Director, Bewise Consultancy Ltd

Piyush is the sole director of Bewise Consultancy Ltd, a chartered certified accounting practice based in London. With over ten years of experience in accounting and finance, Piyush has built a strong foundation in the industry, beginning his career at a renowned accountancy firm in London, where he got trained and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant.

He holds a BSc (Hons) and has an MSc in Accounting and Finance from University College London (UCL). Throughout his career, Piyush has developed a specialization in taxation and financial reporting. He gained valuable experience at an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNW) family office, overseeing financial reporting and compliance for hedge fund holding companies associated with Chelsea FC’s former owners.

In addition to this, Piyush has taken on multiple contract roles, including serving as Financial Controller for an EdTech startup, where he managed all day-to-day financial operations. Before launching Bewise Consultancy, he worked at Verso Wealth Management, a private equity firm focusing on M&A in the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) space, where he was responsible for financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit oversight of the group.

Piyush’s expertise extends to setting up internal controls, improving processes, and streamlining finance functions for various businesses. His comprehensive understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and taxation makes him a valuable partner for clients seeking tailored financial solutions.

Neeti

Office Manager

Neeti is the Office Manager at Bewise Consultancy, bringing a strong blend of commercial, technical, and operational expertise to the firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, enabling her to effectively bridge administrative management with technology-driven processes.
In addition to her managerial responsibilities, Neeti contributes as an IT Trainer at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. At Bewise, she plays a key role in financial data management and bookkeeping, and provides valuable support in the preparation of personal tax returns during peak periods. Her attention to detail and structured approach help ensure smooth and efficient internal operations.
Outside of work, Neeti enjoys exploring cinema and has a strong passion for dance. She also finds creative expression through painting, which helps her unwind and maintain balance alongside her professional commitments.

Paras

Associate Consultant

Paras is an experienced finance professional with over nine years of expertise across finance, accounting, tax, and audit. He trained as a Chartered Certified Accountant at Concentrix and has worked extensively with SMEs and high-growth businesses, providing support across audit, tax planning, financial reporting, and ERP system implementations.
He has significant experience in the CleanTech and startup sectors, where he focuses on financial planning, risk management, and investor reporting. Paras works closely with leadership teams to support growth, scalability, and informed decision-making through robust financial insight.
Paras holds an MSc from University College London (UCL) and is passionate about leveraging technology and automation to streamline finance operations, strengthen financial controls, and improve overall efficiency.

Andrada

Assistant Manager

Andrada is one of the longest-serving members of Bewise Consultancy and plays a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio. Since joining the firm, she has consistently delivered high-quality client service while also supporting the training and development of new team members. Her calm approach, patience, and strong attention to detail make her a trusted point of contact for both clients and colleagues.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and is currently pursuing her ACCA qualifications. After completing her formal education, Andrada gained professional training in accountancy and finance at a prestigious firm in London before joining Bewise.
Andrada specialises in managing clients across sectors including food and e-commerce, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial services. Her experience, consistency, and client-focused mindset make her an integral part of the Bewise team.

Surbhi

Senior Accountant

Surbhi is a skilled Chartered Accountant with over three years of professional experience in accounting and finance. She holds a graduate degree and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in commerce, further strengthening her technical and analytical expertise.
As a Senior Accountant at Bewise Consultancy, Surbhi is responsible for managing VAT returns, preparing annual accounts, handling corporation tax returns, and supporting financial planning activities. Her strong understanding of financial systems, internal controls, and regulatory compliance enables her to deliver accurate, reliable, and value-driven financial solutions for clients.
Surbhi plays an important role in helping businesses optimise their financial operations while maintaining compliance. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and exploring new destinations, maintaining a healthy work-life balance while continuing to grow professionally.

Emmanuel Lamptey

Associate Consultant

Emmanuel Lamptey is a seasoned financial accountant with extensive international experience in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, and reporting. He is highly proficient in IFRS and has led SaaS and ERP finance transformations across fintech and other sectors, helping organisations streamline financial processes and maintain strong regulatory compliance.
He has held leadership roles, served on boards, and delivered high-impact financial solutions that have created measurable value for stakeholders. Emmanuel’s ability to combine technical expertise with strategic insight allows him to support businesses through growth, transformation, and complex financial decision-making.
Fluent in English and three Ghanaian languages, Emmanuel thrives in multicultural environments and brings a global perspective to client engagements. Beyond his professional role, he is deeply committed to community engagement and youth mentorship, actively volunteering with London’s United Ward Club and Aldgate Ward Club.

Simran Wadhwa

Finance Associate

Simran Wadhwa is a Finance Associate at Bewise Consultancy, bringing 1.5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial support for limited companies. She has worked with international clients, including Canadian entities, and currently supports the firm’s UK client base with accuracy, professionalism, and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
Her core responsibilities include bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, VAT preparation and finalisation, drafting statutory accounts, and managing key Companies House filings. Simran is proficient in Xero, QuickBooks (QBO), VT, and FreeAgent, enabling her to deliver efficient and well-structured financial support across multiple platforms.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and is currently pursuing a Master of Commerce (M.Com). Known for her structured approach, attention to detail, and reliability, Simran plays an important role in ensuring clients’ financial records are accurate, compliant, and well maintained.

Shreya

Finance Associate

Shreya is a Finance Associate at Bewise Consultancy, supporting the firm’s accounting and administrative functions. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and is currently pursuing a Master of Commerce (M.Com), with hands-on experience in Canadian accounting practices.
Her core responsibilities include bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative support. She works regularly with Xero, QuickBooks, VT, Sage, and Moneysoft, assisting in maintaining accurate financial records, payroll calculations, and day-to-day client requirements. Her methodical approach ensures compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of financial tasks.
Detail-oriented and dependable, Shreya plays an important role in supporting smooth financial operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of client service delivery at Bewise Consultancy.

Prince

Accountant

Prince is a dedicated Accountant at Bewise Consultancy, holding a degree in Accounting and bringing a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to his work. He supports the firm’s day-to-day accounting operations by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with the preparation of tax returns, and managing bookkeeping and essential financial documentation.
In his current role, Prince is actively involved in reconciliations, financial data management, and providing administrative support across various accounting and finance functions, helping ensure smooth and efficient financial operations. Prior to joining Bewise, he gained two years of experience in another accounting practice, where he built a strong foundation in core accounting principles and client service.
Outside of work, Prince has a strong interest in personal development and enjoys exploring self-growth literature, as well as expressing his creativity through art and crafts.

Japleen Kaur

Finance & Office Administrator

Japleen is a key member of the Bewise Consultancy team, supporting the firm across finance operations and office administration. She brings practical experience in business operations, financial support, and internal coordination, with exposure to startups, corporates, and professional service environments.
Her role involves assisting with financial reporting and analysis, payroll and tax-related calculations, internal process coordination, and the smooth day-to-day management of office operations. In addition, Japleen supports cross-functional activities across marketing, HR, and logistics, contributing to efficient internal workflows and organisational effectiveness.
Japleen holds an MBA from O.P. Jindal Global University, with a strong academic foundation in business economics and management. Known for her organised approach, reliability, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities, she plays an important role in supporting both the finance function and overall operational efficiency at Bewise Consultancy.
