We offer accountancy, taxation bookkeeping and general compliance services.  The specific scope of services, fees, and timelines will be detailed in our engagement letter.

  1. Fees and Payment

Fees are determined based on the services provided and are due as outlined in our engagement letter. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Clients are responsible for any bank charges or fees associated with payment transactions.

  1. Confidentiality

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We will not disclose any client information unless required by law or with your prior consent.

  1. Professional Indemnity Insurance

We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance with our insurance providers, covering claims arising from our professional services. Details of our insurance coverage can be made available upon request.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount covered under our professional indemnity insurance. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Clients are advised to maintain their own insurance coverage as appropriate.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. Timely communication and cooperation are essential for effective service delivery.

  1. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact our business director, Piyush Nagpal. We will aim to resolve complaints promptly. If unresolved, you may refer the matter to our accounting body, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

  1. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the date of termination will be payable.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
